LARWOODS Ag Services, Kadina, has been recognised on the international stage.

Dealer principal Scott Mercer and manager Tania Francis had the opportunity to travel to the United States of America for the annual CASE IH Australia Dealer Conference and Award Ceremonies in March.

“The conference was an opportunity to discuss ideas with the dealer network and have insight to the exciting future product line up Case IH will release in the years ahead,” Mr Mercer said.

“During the conference, we were able to witness the autonomous tractor in operation as it continues to be developed and also tour the Raven Industries Head Office and Factory in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, along with the Case IH Steiger factor in Fargo, North Dakota.

“At the award ceremony in Fargo, we were both shocked but extremely delighted to be presented two awards in front of special guests Case IH global president Scott Harris, CNH industrial Asia Pacific president Chun Woytera and Douglas Steiger.”

Larwoods was recognised with the Parts Dealer of the Year and CNH Industrial Capital Dealer of the Year (one or two branches) Awards.

“This continues a fine tradition of winning awards including Australian Dealer of the Year (one or two branches) in both 2017 and 2019,” Mr Mercer said.

“Receiving these awards was the highlight of the trip and I was extremely proud to accept them on behalf of the valued team members at Larwoods Ag Services.

“These awards are an indicator of the hard work, commitment and resilience being shown by the team at Kadina and Maitland.

“It also amplifies the way our valued clients have trusted and worked with us, as we both navigate through global machinery and parts supply shortages.

“Whilst we are humbled to receive these awards, we will continue to strive forward, not only meeting but exceeding our valued customers’ expectations now and importantly in the years ahead.

“We are at the cusp of a new age in the agricultural machinery sector and we will have an ever increasing need to work collaboratively together as we both navigate the exciting technological advances in the near future.”
